Internships  //  Investing In The Next Generation

Catalyst Training School Alumni are encouraged to apply for our Summer Internship Program.  Summer Interns spend their summer walking closely with City Central Ministry Directors and Staff and minister in a variety of ways, advancing the overall mission and vision of the Kingdom of God.  Interns have the unique opportunity of experiencing ministry in the context of a community wholeheartedly pursuing Christ in Prayer, Restoration and Missions.

PRAYER ROOM

Summer Interns spend 12 hours each week before the Lord in the City Central Prayer Room in meditation in the scriptures, intercessory prayer and worship.  Interns experience first-hand what it is to operate with a paradigm of ministry that values ministry to the Lord and ministry to others and witness the visible fruit of serving the Lord out of a dynamic over-flow of love for Jesus.

MINISTRY EXPERIENCE

Summer Interns engage a variety of ministry projects, each of which uniquely represent the overall mission and call of City Central.  Sozofest Outreach, Freedom Immersion, Prayer Teams, Prayer Room, Kids Prayer Room, Kingdom Kids, Sozo Church, Sozo Kids, and Worship Ministry are a few of the ministry assignments our Interns engage during their summer, challenging the full-spectrum of their spiritual gifts and requiring them to operate in a spirit of faith, initiative and dependence on the Holy Spirit for supernatural power.

COMMUNITY

Summer Interns are uniquely grafted into the City Central family throughout their stay.  Our Interns experience the encouragement and power of living in a community of believers given to Christ and to one another.  Memories are made and deep friendships are established as our Interns live in the City Central community and experience normal life, outside of corporate meetings and ministry events.

DISCIPLESHIP

Summer Interns have the opportunity of walking closely with City Central Ministry Directors and Staff who are committed to investing time, energy, prayer and wisdom into them on a personal and relational level.  In this way, Interns are pressed forward in areas of discipleship that can never be realized in a classroom setting.

COST

This is a non-paid internship.  Each Summer Intern is required to pay for their housing and food.  Housing and food are coordinated through the Internship Program and total $1000. *Interns are encouraged to fund-raise for their expenses.  All donations made on behalf of students are tax-deductible.
**Total Fees are due first day of the summer program.

TRANSPORTATION

It is preferred if interns can furnish personal transportation during the 10 week internship, it is not required, but is preferred.
